As Head Chef you’ll develop and deliver menus that excite and delight our customers, and help to deliver our bottom line. So you’ll look to make the best use of seasonal produce, manage purchasing and keep costs front of mind. A key area of your role will be to lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring skills and up to scratch, opportunities for development are clear and training is implemented appropriately. You’ll also be eager to bring your ideas to work, working closely with the Manager to develop and maximise business opportunities.
